Medication management for when life feels heavy or overwhelming

A safe, supportive space focused on thoughtful psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Together, we assess symptoms, review treatment options, and create a personalized plan to help you move forward with clarity and stability.

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or not quite like yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your initial appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will review your current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, prior medications, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. This visit typically lasts 60 minutes and allows time for thoughtful discussion and clinical assessment.

If medication is appropriate, we will review risks, benefits, and alternatives, and develop a personalized treatment plan together. You will leave with clear next steps, follow-up recommendations, and a plan for ongoing support.

Sit softly. Stay a while.

How I Can Help

You might be here because:

  • Anxiety feels constant, overwhelming, or hard to control

  • Your mind won’t slow down and overthinking is exhausting

  • You feel burnt out, emotionally drained, or not like yourself

  • Life looks “fine” on the outside, but doesn’t feel that way inside

  • You’re navigating major life changes — relationships, parenthood, career, identity

  • You’re tired of just coping and ready for meaningful support

Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and personalized medication management, we work together to better understand your symptoms, clarify diagnosis, and create a treatment plan tailored to your goals. Care is collaborative, evidence-based, and paced thoughtfully — with a focus on improving mood stability, reducing anxiety, supporting focus, and helping you feel more balanced and grounded in daily life.

My Approach

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our sessions are shaped around your experiences, your pace, and what feels right for you.

I work in a way that is:

  • Compassionate and non-judgemental

  • Trauma-aware and emotionally safe

  • Practical as well as reflective

  • Focused on understanding, not “fixing” you

You’re not broken. Something in you is responding to life, and together we’ll explore that with care.
